1. Advance packing list includes: product size, weight; convenient for you to arrange logistics

3. After-sales services/quality assurance system

1. How long is your quality assurance? Lighting conventional quality assurance for two years.

2. Low voltagecan be extended to five years, high voltage lamps can be equipped with five years of

   quality assurance power supply extended to five years

3. If there is a problem during the quality assurance period, how to solve it? Free accessories or spare

   parts are provided, and customers need to bear the international shipping cost. After receiving the

   accessories, replace them by yourself.

4. If there are problems outside the quality assurance period, how to solve them?

   If replacing parts can be done, only a certain cost fee will be charged; if new products need to be

   shipped, only 60% of the purchase price will be charged, and the customer will bear the shipping cost.

4. Can I do Dialux solution simulation?

Depending on the size of the project, the fee ranges from $120 to $300.

1. Small projects charge 120-150USD.

2. Large projects are charged for simulation first, and the simulation fee can be refunded or directly

   deducted for bulk goods after the project is placed and the order is placed.

5. Why do we charge for DIALUX simulations?

1. In the early stage, we did it for customers for free too many times, but many customers maliciously

   took the plan and went to other stores to place orders.

2. For many projects, customers do not have the confidence to land, which forces them to pay more

   attention to the project. At the same time, this is also a way for us to choose customers actively.

3. Furthermore, it takes an engineer 1-2 days of work to create a simulation, from modeling to

   simulation to generating a solution. Free services are not valued.

6. Do you have IES simulation files?

1. Free PDF/IDT/IES format files are provided.

2. Because there are too many schemes for each color temperature + angle combination, our library only

   provides test files for standard schemes.

3. IES files for non-standard optical schemes need to be ordered for combination schemes and tested again.

1. Profile aluminum: anodized, aluminum natural color, mainly wall washing lamp, linear buried lamp.

3. Fluorocarbon spraying: gray/black is commonly used, and custom colors are also supported. There are

12.Can I adjust the power?

1. Usually, the power A on the directory is already the maximum power that can be achieved. 

2. However, if it is even higher, some still have room, which supports an additional 10% increase, and the final 

   power value is = A * (1 + 10%).

   electrical parameters

13.Can you do this angle?

1. Usually, the angles listed in the directory are standard and mature angle schemes

2. However, if the angle you want to do is not listed, it means it is not a standard plan, but it is not impossible to do.

3. Firstly, there are some angles that do not require re-opening. Optical engineers match several lenses + triple optical 

   combination optical schemes, and then the laboratory team tests and selects the closest scheme. The cycle is 3 to 4

   days. The customer bears the sample fee + testing fee

4. Secondly, from some unconventional angles, it is necessary to open a new board, and the customer needs to bear

   the opening fee of $150, with a cycle of about 10 days

Different standards, different classifications

1. From the perspective of light shape, there are symmetrical light distribution, asymmetrical light distribution, and

   customized light shape.

2. From the perspective of size, there are small angles, medium angles, large angles, and stretching angles.

16. Can I do high pressure/low pressure?

Products that can be made with high pressure can be made with low pressure, and products that can be made with 

low pressure may not necessarily be able to be made with high pressure

17. Why do some low-voltage products not support high-

voltage production?

1. Generally, high-voltage lamps require a built-in high-voltage power supply. We come with a standard Mingwei

   power supply, which has a certain volume requirement for the lamp, and some lamps cannot fit.

2. There are also some small-sized lamps that can be used for high voltage, but the lamp body is very small. We

   have jointly developed a matching power supply with the supplier. This power supply does not have certificate

   certification, but the manufacturer has quality assurance for two years.

💹 if there was a vendor specializing in the North American market, I think they would make ETLs for each of their 

models. Everyone knows that making an ETL is expensive and time-consuming. Very few vendors do that, especially 

LED outdoor lighting vendors.

*** The supplier has developed a 1/2 model specifically for the North American market.

*** Suppliers work with customers to jointly produce ETL certificates. When the customer reaches a certain quantity, 

we will return the quantity of ETL cer or deduct it in future orders.

🤝 we know that ETL certified products are mandatory in the North American market. General suppliers operate 

globally and cannot provide a complete set of certifications for all markets. The cost is high. No company can 

afford such a fee.

Even though many models do not have ETL certificates, we meet the ETL testing standards. Therefore, you can 

try our three models that have obtained ETL certification and test them in your channel. Then, based on your 

customer feedback, you can learn about our quality, price, and service, and decide on future cooperation.

37.How do our customers import into the Indian market 

without a certificate?

We know BIS certificated for AC220-240V products is mandatory for Indian market clearance custom. Even we 

don’t have Bis cer, but we meet bis test standard.

How do our india customers solve this problem?

***We choose model and match driver with bis cer for AC product. Then they make bis at local. What i know 

is making one bis costs 1000$ for each sery. When they make AC sample, we make fixture and Ac driver into 

2 packages and deliver separately.

Why it's hard to find supplier with BIS certification?

***If one supplier specializes in the Indian market, i think they would make BIS for their each model. It's costful 

and time-consumption to make BIS for all products. Few suppliers would do like this for led outdoor lighting 

suppliers.

***Three cases:

A_ Supplier before make 1/2/3 types BIS cer for other clients. You can directly use.

B_ Suppliers especially develop 1/2 types model for INDIAN markets.

C_ Supplier &Client cooperate to make BIS cer together. When client achieve one certain amount, we will 

return back BIS cer amount or deduct in the future order.
